Longing for St. Louis-style pizza—thin crust with provel cheese instead of mozzarella—owners Rich and Kathy Donjon opened Four Corners Pizza & Wings in New Baden 2010. In no time they had hungry fans clambering for the delicious pies. Recently they moved their business to Breese. The location may have changed, but the food is still great and popular with both locals and visitors.
Thin crusts, great toppings and a healthy dose of cheese is key to the pizzas’ super taste. But it’s not just the pies that keep diners coming back. Buffalo wings are also a hit. The owners researched sauces and chose eight different ones from across the country —because as we all know, it’s the sauce that really makes the wings so good! Love hot? The Nuclear Wings will have you sweating.
The menu also features New York style subs, piled high and tasty. And a gourmet grilled cheese that is made with eight slices of cheese—diner’s choice—that grills up to ooey-gooey goodness.
