Trenton House Offers Fine Food in Historic Setting

The restaurant, located in a historic downtown building, draws diners looking for a setting that feels a little special—note the tin ceiling and nice wood bar—and for food that tastes comforting. With a large and varied menu, it offers a little something for every taste.

Crisp salads are served with all entrees, along with warm rolls, potatoes and a veggie. True to our Midwest roots, you will not go home hungry! Fried chicken is a specialty, and if you visit the Trenton House on Tuesday nights, it’s all-you-can-eat. But other dishes also shine, including slow-roasted prime rib, which is the Thursday night special. Other meat and chicken dishes, seafood, pasta, and sandwiches round out the options. When it comes time for dessert, keep in mind the Trenton House has yummy homemade pies, as well as cakes.

The Trenton House also has a nice bar area, and a decent wine list, offering $10 off a bottle every Wednesday night.
