Music in the Park

Thursdays, June, and July
Albers Lehrter Park, Albers IL

Come to Albers Lehrter Park with your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy free music in the park from 7 pm to 9 pm. Featured bands include Outlaw Opry, Bobby and the Buzzards, and Dale LaRose.

Carlyle Lake Dam Jam

July 1
Dam West Recreation Area

The Carlyle Lake Dam Jam starts at 1 pm on July 1st. Bring your blankets, chairs, picnics, and coolers for a fun day of music by Carlyle Lake. There are five scheduled bands, ending with fireworks over the water at 9 pm.

Twelve Oaks Vineyard

18975 Vogel Rd, Carlyle IL

Not only does Twelve Oaks Vineyard have live music most Saturdays and Sundays during the summer, but some weekends they bring in a food truck to add to listening pleasure. Come for music and wine from 2 pm to 6 pm.

Bretz Wildlife Lodge and Winery

The Wicked Mojo Boys will be playing live at Bretz Wildlife Lodge and Winery on the evening of Sat Jul 8, 2023 at 8:30pm to Sun Jul 9 at 12:30am.

Clinton County Fair

July 15 – 22
1899 Methodist St, Carlyle IL

The Clinton County Fair is so much more than the music. With an antique tractor pull, parade, livestock judging, and crowning of a queen, experience eight days of events and fun. The musical acts are outside in the Legacy Building:

  • Wednesday, July 19 (8-11pm): L8R Dayz Band
  • Thursday, July 20 (8:30-11:30pm): Miranda Bury
  • Friday, July 21 (8pm-Midnight): Cheers Band

Centralia Downtown Summer Concert Series

Sundays, July 9 – August 20
The Yard at Crooked Creek Winery
110 E Broadway, Centralia IL

Crooked Creek Winery is hosting weekly concerts at its downtown venue this summer. Concerts are Sundays from 2 pm – 5 pm, rain or shine. The event is family-friendly, featuring some children’s events. Food is provided by food trucks. There will be a beer tent and Crooked Creek spiked lemon drinks, among others. The scheduled artists include:

  • July 9: Stir of Echoes
  • July 16: Cheers Band
  • July 23: Cat Daddy’O
  • July 30: Beaucoup Bottom Band
  • August 6: Bad Medicine
  • August 13: BoomBox All 80’s Band
  • August 20: Champagne Fixx

Germantown Spassfest

 August 19 – 20, 9 pm
Schoendienst Park, Germantown IL

The Germantown Spassfest began in 1968 when the citizens wanted to celebrate the dedication of a new park and Village Hall. The word “Spassfest” literally means “fun festival.” What was initially supposed to be a single event has now been repeated yearly for over forty years. The parade begins Saturday at 5 pm. This year the festival returns to a full two-day schedule.
