We don’t need snow to get in the holiday spirit, we just head out to one of the festive events throughout Clinton County. Whether you’re a wee one or a senior, you’ll find lots of cheer and merry things to see and do.
Carlyle, Illinois, rings in the holiday season the Friday after Thanksgiving with its annual Lighting of the Christmas Lights, followed by a parade through downtown to City Park where Santa Claus will be available for photos. Fireworks top off the evening.
