Of all the summer events we love, nothing tops the Clinton County Fair. It’s a wonderful mix of rural life, entertainment, fun foods, and healthy competition. This year’s fair is scheduled for July 15-21.
The fair has been a Clinton County tradition since 1951, and every year it brings together young and old to celebrate the country life—agriculture, livestock, and farm machinery—providing plenty of displays, activities, and entertainment to keep the entire family happy for days.
This year’s fair kicks off on Saturday morning, July 14, with the “Who’s the Fairest” 5-K run at 9:00 a.m. Following are some of the week’s top events. For a full listing of events and times, check the Clinton County Fair website.
