Do you have a classic car that you’re just dying to show off? What about a stock or drag car? A hot rod, or a custom bike maybe? If you have a unique set of wheels, we want to see them! Head on down to the 2019 “Cruisin’ the Dam” at Mariner’s Village on Friday 8/9, and get in line to “strut your stuff” over the Carlyle Lake Dam. Be a part of the largest classic car gathering in the St. Louis metro area!
Those participating in the car-cruise have two different time options, the first cruise will leave “Carl’s 4-Wheel Drive” at 4:30pm on Friday. For the night-owls, the second cruise will drive across the Dam at 9:30pm. First cruisers have a bit of extra competition, as the first fifty participants at Carl’s 4-Wheel Drive will receive Dash Plaques & Goody Bags!
This event isn’t just for those old enough to drive, though! “Cruisin’ the Dam” is a family-friendly event that, in addition to the car show, will also feature local vendors, games & auctions, food, and live music. With free admission, this event is a must-see for the whole family!
The main event will be held from 4:30pm to 10:00pm in Mariner’s Village. Featured events include Attendance Prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and more! Playing the live stage for visitors’ enjoyment will be Man In Black & Ghost Riders.
