Chef/Owner Johnathan DuHasek, born and raised in Carlyle, brings twenty years of restaurant experience. A graduate of Kaskaskia College’s Culinary Arts program, John has experience in every facet of kitchen management and has worked in many of the area’s finest establishments. He is beyond excited to bring his expertise home and to offer Carlyle a new and exciting dining experience. Real food. Real fresh. Real good!
