Celebrating Cinco de Mayo in Clinton County, IL

May 5th is the day Mexico claimed victory in the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War. We know it as Cinco de Mayo, a day to celebrate Mexican culture and heritage. And in the true spirit of the times, we do that with food and drink!
